Hi, my client ha a Quickbooks 2010 premier and has been using this for quite sometime especially during the day of Windows 7. They bought a laptop with Win 10 and recently just discovered that QB2010 is not compatible with Win 10, only 2016 will work, so what they did, they purchased a QB2016 but whenever we tried to import the 2010 data/company, it says that we need to upgrade the data before it can be import.
